Not a fan
This product is very harsh on the skin no matter how lightly you rub, and I don't even have sensitive skin. I used on my upper arms and it kinda took off some of the hair but not close enough to the root. Yet when you try to get it closer, the skin gets irritated. Using the serum on top burns since the skin has been over exfoliated.

Disappointing
This tool doesn’t work as well as advertised. It takes many passes to remove hair, and then inconsistently at best. . It leaves lots of strays and can’t navigate around knees, ankles, and sensitive spots, and won’t last long before needing a repeat. . Don’t count on retiring your razor any time soon.

Great Concept
I think the idea of this is great. Product seems well made. But I got this because I deal with the red “strawberry” spots and this aggravated them. So unfortunately for me, it didn’t work magic for my legs. But I am glad it warns you to try a couple small patches first because my legs didn’t like it.
