Excellent product, i found the jell version to be the more effective. Just soaks in fast. Ill put it on before bed & when i wake up its i feel pretty good. Normal

This product truly works! I can not sing its praises enough. We tried the BFKT(sp?) this time and it works amazingly also just be aware of the cooling effects after placing it on.
