Comfort!
I'm 62 years old. My son got me backpacking in my late 50s. We ran Kifaru at the time which is a great pack. My youngest son was looking to join us, so at an outdoor show they were checking out the latest Kifaru. My youngest son saw the EXO booth and wanted to try one on. Long story short, we now all run EXO! At my age my Kifaru would have lasted me forever but when I tried the K4 with 50# in it, I couldn't believe the comfort difference and I was hooked! Great Packs!

Top shelf people top shelf equipment
After being hesitant to purchase a K47200 I’m very happy I did. My experience with Mark at EXO was enough to give me confidence that this product was made by people that stand behind their product, and it will be worth the cost. I’ve used the 7200 for 4-day family back country fishing/camping trips/multi day back country archery elk hunts and day hunts looking for deer and elk. The 7200 has performed better than anything I’ve had on my back previously hands down. The bottom line is that this one piece of gear was going to be something you could put on your back and not have to worry about throughout the day whether it was loaded light or heavy.

Well made pack built to haul and doesn't hurt you
Against the advice of the exo team I purchased the k4 7200, I'm glad I did. I wanted to be prepared to spike out for all of Colorado 2nd rifle season. That meant a lot of food and gear for my son, wife, and myself. Our spike camp was 3.5 miles of trail and 1600 ft elevation gain. My wife and I trained for 3 months for this hunt but she was still not prepared, as for my son a 6' 4" 250lb 15 yr old I expected to much from him. My 7200 his different brand 8700 and my wife's 6000 were all full, I even had a 35 l dry bag with mine and my wife's food strapped to the side of my pack. I ended up taking my pack up the mnt. Coming ¾ back down getting my sons pack (nearly as heavy as mine) heading up while he took my wife's pack. I then turned around dropping ¼ of the way back down to get my wife's pack. In total it was 7hrs of packing up. I would have never been able to accomplish all of that if the first trip would have been with my old freighter type frame and pack that I had replaced with the k4.
