Eleviia Pull Up Handles

I’m really impressed by these so far! They definitely exceeded my expectations from the build quality, materials, and ease of setup. I wish these had been around when I was younger so I didn’t have to use those door frame bars.

I've had at least ten different pull-up bars in my adulthood. Those that screw-in to the doorframe, leverage around the frame, press against the frame, etc. The Duonamic solution is by far the best--work great, with a high-quality design and construction, and come down immediately. You wouldn't think it'd make such a difference, but boy do they.

Literally the best doorway pull up system there is. Super super simple and actually harder and makes you do them the correct way. So worth every penny. Wouldn’t waste time with anything else. Love how easy they are to travel with and use them daily for maintenance and hangs when working long hours sitting to stretch the back
