Garlic Herb Cod Dinner

Feedback from my native New Englanders

I recently gave elderly parents this garlic cod, lobster Mac n cheese and stuffies dinner. As native New Englanders who now live out of state, it proved to be a delicious dinner. They would often prepare and cook their own stuffies from fresh quohogs. They said the Legal Seafood version was excellent - Legal Seafood, score! They went further to say the lobster mac and cheese was delicious too. They didn’t comment on the cod fish but served it with their own backed potatoes, garlic, olive oil. For a taste of home in a far away place, the meal proved to be a delicious taste of home and provide a break from cooking themselves. It’s costly, but I’m glad I made the purchase and would do so again.

The cod was really good, with the garlic herb butter taking it to another level (I use the leftovers for so many other things). Took a star off for the lobster mac and cheese that came with the kit: Gave me the worst stomachache.

Fine fish

The codfish was delicious. The only concern I have is that the pieces, though both of the correct weight I'm sure,were not uniform. One was chunky and the other more flat. If they were both the same cut cooking would be simpler. Everything in the order is delicious.
