Really good I was surprised they hold my big ragdoll and easy to put together the suctikn cup actually stay on

The hammock is easy to put together, and very sturdy for my two cats in the one hammock. They absolutely love it. We bought two, so they can catch the sun in a couple of windows throughout the day!

Great product BUT unfortunately there is ZERO Customer Service. I sent multiple emails to the address they provided to inquire about a mistake in my order and I did not receive a reply whatsoever. So as long as you receive exactly what you ordered, you should be okay! But don't expect any assistance if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
