Once again I bought a product that "your cats will go crazy for" and had all four of my cats ignore it. It's well made and a great concept that I thought would work but my cats wont play with it. The low rating is due to the return policy. You have to pay return shipping and THEN they decide if they will refund or not. So if they dont want to refund then i just paid to send it back when i could have given it away to someone with a less picky cat?
