Great bag!

Took a few days longer than expected but I believe it was the fault of fed ex as it was at a facility for a few days which made the delivery late. However the bag is great! My son loves the look of it and the size is perfect for all of his college needs.

Excellent

After 1. 5 years of ownership of my prior backpack - strap broke, Herschel stepped up and replaced the back pack with ZERO questions. Herschel stands behind their products -Mark A. Ritter
