Katalyst Training System

Wow!! This is an absolute game changer. The system came customized to my size and the set up was way easier than I thought. Preparing and putting on the suit isn’t as complicated, and can definitely be done quickly. The workout itself is phenomenal, I can feel my entire body basically being challenged and muscles contracting. I was really sore the next day, which to me is a great sign. The app is well made and thought through, the workouts are interactive and 20 min as promised. Overall I’m super satisfied and recommend this, despite the high upfront cost. I hope they keep adding new workouts to keep it fresh and not repetitive. Also, would love an Apple Health integration, at least to add the workouts in there so that other health apps can include it!
