Comfy but Squeaky

I purchased the Roam shoes several months ago. They are extremely comfortable and stylish, however they squeak. I haven’t been able to figure out whether it’s the footbed or upper materials but my office mates can hear me coming down the hall (they find it humorous). My teenage daughter sometimes borrows my shoes (the ultimate compliment!) but she draws the line with my Roams because the squeak would not only embarrass her around her friends but annoy her to no end.

So frustrated with the squeaking

These are really good looking shoes and they are comfortable but the insoles squeak terribly. Sadly these shoes are embarrassing to wear. The Kuru website says to air dry the insoles between wearing them, but taking out the in soles doesn't work. And it seems very odd that I would have to do that. I have another pair of Kuru sneakers and have zero squeaking problems with them. I submitted a warranty several days ago but haven't heard back yet from Kuru. That is also disappointing. Given the high price point of their products, I would have expected a higher standard of customer service.

Stiff and lack of cushion

I found everything wrong with these that could go wrong. They were stiff, had minimal cushion, and were tight in the toes. These were intended for dress down days at work, but I hated them so much that I opted to return them, even though I lost money on them.
