I love this shoe. I have become obsessed with the natural foot feel of the Flux footwear brand. I have purchased 5 pair of the adapt runners. Now I have branched out and ordered their Adapt Knit Trainers. The shoe looks, fits and feels good. I can wear it to the gym or out on the town. I highly recommend the Adapt Knit Trainer.

I started consistently doing CrossFit workouts, and wanted more stability with the heavier weights. This has been really good as I’ve increased my weight, and getting my form correct.

Got the black on black and I love almost everything about these shoes. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I thought they would have just a tad more cushioning in them.
