Try Disappointing

I received my second machine after I had to return the first defective machine that was sent to me. First, the white glove delivery guys did not speak any English and I could not communicate with them. They recklessly tore the crate apart and drug the machine out of the crate without using the wheel ramps supplied for lowering the machine off the pallet. Then they had no idea how to assemble it, so I told them to leave. After I assembled my second machine, I noticed the left side cover near the stairs would not sit flush. I went to use the machine and the stairs were hitting that same side cover. I made some adjustments and got the machine running, but the cosmetic issue with the cover is not acceptable. I was very hesitant to spend $8,500 on a pice of home gym equipment because I was concerned about the quality. I guess I was correct. Hopefully I don’t have any mechanical issues with this one. If the machine actually worked out of the box and there were no mechanical or cosmetic issues, this would be a great machine. Hopefully this is just an isolated incident of bad luck for me.

I call it “The Life Changer”

I’ve done about a dozen 20 minute sessions so far and I can already feel the difference on my runs. I ran a 7:59 pace on an 8 mile run. Before adding this machine to my training plan I was running an 8 mile at an 8:30 pace. Also Hoping it helps better my quads and hamstrings during half marathons.
