Basic Nutrients 2/day

Probably too early to say but will continue for a while longer. Gives me reassurance on the days I don’t eat as well as I should.

Solid daily multivitamin. I've noticed steady energy through the day and it's easy to take with the 2-a-day format. Quality ingredients and no aftertaste. Knocking off a point as it's a little pricey and I didn't notice any dramatic changes, but overall a reliable staple I'd buy again.

Fast delivery and Thorne has a great reputation, so I'm sure these are good, although they are quite large and are a tad hard to swallow
