Been taking the vit d3+k2 and magnesium citrate, malate, glycinate for a week and a half however I honestly am not feeling any benefits. So I started drinking a glass of water with a pinch of celtic salt in it daily and that is when I started feeling like I had energy again. I'm not 100% sure if these supplements worked or if it was that. The one way to tell is if I stop taking them for a bit. Also I had to double up on each one, again, because I felt they weren't making a difference. I'm sorry to give this not so positive review. I will keep taking them though because they were pricey for my personal budget. Good health includes doing multiple different things, good eating habits, exercise, et. ; bad habits play a role too in absorption. Also if you're gut is jacked up and microbiome isn't right, the supplements won't absorb so that's probably why they are not working for me. . . I need to heal my gut first.

Love my Supplements
I absolutely love my supplements! After just one month of taking the Vitamin D3 & K2, Multivitamin, and Magnesium, I am already noticing improvements in my energy levels, as well as my skin, hair, and nails. I’m also sleeping much better at night. I’m really happy with the results and look forward to continuing with them!!!
