Great price, short life

I had a great experience in placing my order and the amazing customer service helping to make sure that it was held at the post office for pick up. I ordered waxworms and 500 large BFSL but unfortunately within 2 days they started dying and by the end of the first week 80% of both were gone. If you are more local to them, maybe the experience is different. No harm no foul as they did mostly arrive live! Just need to find something closer to me :)

100 dead super worms, and the seller don’t care

I have been a customer for years and been loyally buying all my BSFL from this place. Over the years the larva got smaller and smaller, but I figured business is getting harder to run, so be it. But my last order takes the cake. I received 100 dead super worms which I reported 48 hrs later (because I work night shift in ICU and drive an hour each way to work, so I didn’t check the worms as soon as they arrived, because I made a mistake of trusting the seller) and I was given 25% discount toward my next purchase which I can’t combine it with any other discount. So, in order to recoup my loss I need to spend more money.

Healthy worms

These waxworms came to me healthy and fat. They were all alive. The price is the best Ive found too.
