Thank you
They have the best customer service.
We have had a couple orders that the crickets died ( Texas heat). They took care of us. We will be ordering from them again soon

1/2 of Crickets Arrived Dead, Medium Dubias Great, Waxworms Perfect & Hornworms Healthy
I ordered 250 small crickets. When they came, 1/2 of them arrived dead. The vegetables were totally dried out. It's the first day, so I'll see how long the rest last. It seems like they did compensate by putting in extra crickets, but I'll check back in a couple of days.
The Medium Dubias were great, The Waxworms perfect and The Hornworms Healthy!

Crickets
We have loved getting our crickets and haven’t had any issues, other than them being out of stock twice now but your customer service and communications have been top notch. They have been in perfect health even despite the heatwave of summer!
