ok...I have been using it since I got it and the first thing I noticed was that I didn't snack st night!!! I usually have nuts or raisins when I'm on my computer and I completely forgot to snack!!! I have mixed it in my coffee, in my smoothie and I put some in my cereal as well!!! Yes I did, I figured if I can put it in my smoothie, I can put it in the milk in my cereal...I love it! So anxious to try it in something else, will be back for more!!!
