I’m pretty new to fishing, so I don’t have a lot of experience with reels yet, but I’ve been really happy with the Moonlit Eclipse Machined Die Cast Reel. It feels solid and well built, but still really easy to use. The drag is smooth, and I haven’t had any issues figuring it out as a beginner. I also like how lightweight it feels without feeling cheap. For someone just getting started, it’s nice to have gear that makes things feel easier instead of more complicated. Overall, it’s been a great reel to learn with and I can see myself using it for a long time.
