I've been taking Basis since 2016.

I have been taking Basis since 2016 and will continue to take it. I feel that it has made such a difference in my preventative health care. I'm in my early 70s now and recommend it to everybody.

Elysium Review

I started taking Basis because of an article I read in the WSJ. Its hard to know that something you start taking when you are 70 is working when you are 84. On balance I believe it is doing me some good. I really don't have enough information to know how cost effective it is. What I do know is that as Elysium has started to improve its bottom line through changes in packaging and delivery, their customer service has declined.

Noticeable effect

I feel as though I’m well rested with smooth consistent energy at 70. Just wish they’d give you a heads up when it’s time to ship in subscription, as I take breaks from supplements and don’t always need it at exactly 30 days.
