Been taking Basis for 4 years

I’ve been taking Basis for 4-5 years now. I’m 72 and more active than my younger brothers. I feel good , other that normal joint pain and have remained quite healthy. I also take Format and Signal. I would certainly recommend these products.

68 year old male, 5' 10" in height, 176 lbs., in body weight. In Body Scan results: Visceral Fat, 9, low. Skeletal Muscle Mass, 77. Percent Body Fat, 22. Considered fit. Gym work, 6 days a week, calicentics, stretching, weight training. Cycling 5 miles, 7 days a week. Have been using Basis for about 10 years as my only supplement. Don't know if it's helpful but also feel it can't hurt. Maybe just a positive psychological placebo. Best
