I recently purchased an additional Blender Bottle thru Amazon for my daily protein shakes. The seal over the spout was incredible tight. After a few weeks, that force caused a split in the spout causing excessive leaking when shaking and sipping. Amazon directed me to Blender Bottle who had me send photos/video of the problem. With a lifetime guarantee, they sent me a gift card that allowed me to buy a non-leaking replacement spout & a whole new bottle to work into my rotation. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Had a problem and they took care of it immediately

Recently, I ordered two of the insulated blender bottle shaker cups on receiving one of them. There was an issue with a gasket missing. I reached out via email to blender bottle and they replaced it immediately. Great job gas.

Love this company and their product. I have three. I only had to buy a new lid because my wife was testing it and dropped it on the top 😕.
