ONE OF THE BETTER BLENDER BOTTLES I'VE USED, WITH THE LOCK, BUT IN SPITE of that switch lock failing, that was just that one time, otherwise it's the #1 blender bottle on my list of all Shaker Cups I've used in Kaneohe, Hawaii and their customer service may not have a phone number to call, but they're obliging to our needs..!

Replacement lid

Bottle blender replaced the lid that was no longer sealing. The replacement top works but there is a gap- the top does not screw all the way down. I’ve only used it once and it did not leak, but I do not like that it doesn’t screw all the way down

Legendary durability, even better customer service

It only took 15 years for my lid to break, and the company basically apologized by throwing money at me. New lid? Covered. Shipping? Covered. Leftover cash for a new bottle? Yep. I’m officially richer because my ancient BlenderBottle gave out.
