Neck duster.
I bought the scissors and neck duster for my neighbor for Christmas. Somehow or other I have become her favorite hair cutter. I don’t do hair. But I managed to magical do a perfect job and have cut her hair three times so far. Not at any time has the hair been cut the same way but she is so kind, she has enjoyed all the “same” styles! Bless her. The scissors are sharp and precise and feel great in my hand. The neck duster is so soft and wonderful and reminds me of my adorable cat.
