The Coe is sculptural but not stiff, relaxed but not sloppy, just undeniably cool in that "I bought these at a store you haven't heard of" kind of way. Really nice!
I think these pants turned out beautifully. I made a size 14 but sized down in the waist to a size 10. The instructions were good and clear and I managed to do my first zipper fly on a pair of pants. I believe that the inner and outer waistband pieces were swapped for the instructions but I managed to figure it out.
For the body measurements I would love to see where on the body to measure. In my country the hip measurement is at the hipbones and not the widest part over the hips and rump.

Great Final Product
The patter was, for the most part easy to follow, and a good intermediate patter. The pants are beautiful! I made them in a linen but have plans to make them in a stiffer fabric as well!

Incredibly stylish....and most importantly, comfortable
I love these pants. I've made 1 pair in mid-weight drapey twill and another mid-weight twill (a tad more rigid). Both are gorgeous. Built my confidence around front-zip fly techniques. They can be dressed up, dressed down - and with a low % stretch, can be worn without ever feeling like you bust out of them! Thanks Daughter Judy, I see more Coe's in my future.
