Slept great after taking this. First time trying anything like it other than my standard cherry juice at night. Honestly I think this was better than my standard nightly routine. Price point holds me back from making it part of the routine but after some hard work, I take it.

Deeper sleep

I took this each night leading up to race night. It helped me stay asleep. On race night it didn’t have the same effect, some noise woke me up, and I laid awake with anxiety, but I finally got sleep and woke up ready to run with fresh legs.

This works GREAT! No groggy, drugged feeling AND it works! I've tried many other products, like melatonin and GABA, which are fine, but this one is a sure thing for getting in some solid sleep! The tart cherry flavor kicks you in the taste buds, but the results are worth it.
