Give this a try!
I have extreme difficulty sleeping very well so I thought I would give this a try. It seems to work really well for me and I have tried many products. Usually use it on a weekend or when I have had a heavy workout and just need some sleep therapy. The taste is pretty good, I put it refrigerator and it seems to go smoother. I usually average in the 70’s on my watch sleep score, when I take this I have gotten in the upper 80’s which is great for me personally.

Wow!
The Dream Shot is the first thing I’ve tried that helps to relax me before bed. Had an herbalist friend look at the ingredients and he described it as “magic”. I like to use this after a particularly challenging ride and on the occasional evening when I feel wired.

Dream Shot sleep aid review
Pleasant tasting, it hasn't made me fall asleep any faster, doesn't make you drowsy, but it does help you stay asleep and or fall back asleep easier if you wake up. I usually feel refreshed the next day after using it at night.
