Delicious and hydrating, allows for a deep night’s rest, though I do get deadly foggy when taking it too many days in a row, or perhaps it's related to drinking it too close to bed time. Still 5 stars

2nd time ordering! Great quality! Sleep improved! Chill and relaxed did get the ashwaganda and the tonics so its a blend of chill vibes even when stessors come around.

I got this and the nighttime cherry. This is yummy but I have not yet experienced any results. The cherry is amazing though and indeed makes me very sleepy! Can’t wait until it’s back in stock!
