Watermelon tastes great

I wasn’t sure how or if is was going to work but decided to give it a try especially on the hot summer days when hydration is needed most. I think it’s working but haven’t been consistent daily as I’m still working with my nutritionist to make sure it’s safe with other supplements I’m currently taking

Tastes Great, Less Calories

I like this electrolyte because it includes trace minerals, in addition to the basic electrolyte stuff. It mixes quickly and easily, and the watermelon flavor is good. Not too strong, not sickeningly sweet. I also love that it does not have added sugar. I’ve only been using it for a few months so I can’t tell if it has reduced any mental symptoms, but I have not had any dehydration headaches in some time!

I believe this product is helping with overall motherhood. I got it because #Wendy. I shall be getting more.
