very sturdy sustainable bed frame! i love it. not sure if it supports twin XL since the size just perfectly supports my twin bed, i’m afraid to pull it out 8” longer for fear of tearing it, but would like to upgrade my mattress to a twin XL eventually and hope it still supports it
