Big Crease in the Middle

I got this poster at a steep discount but unfortunately there is a massive crease horizontally across the center. The package it arrived in was pristine (hard cardboard tube, not bent) meaning it must have shipped out like that. Otherwise the print quality is great. Hate to complain with the price so low, but the crease means the poster is relegated to the garage. No mention during the Memorial Day sale that the poster would be damaged.

Bad experience

I bought this item on sale, and no delays were indicated. Even with the length of time needed to process the order indicated on their FAQs page, it still somehow surpassed this, and took over a month to receive my item. When it arrived, it was very obviously damaged in multiple places, with many tears, punctures, and crease marks. The container it was shipped in had no damage or marks on it at all, leading me to suspect this damage happened before shipping. I have ordered many posters and similar items online, and this is the first time I've ever had an item arrived damaged, especially in multiple places. This experience has caused me to not want to shop with this company again, sale or not. Only giving 2 stars because support was somewhat helpful and easy to work with.

Shipping took a decent amount of time but it was worth the wait. Amazing price and print quality. I love my posters, highly recommend!
