I've been using creatine for about a year but recently swapped to the Chief Nutrition Creatine Focus. It's not nearly as "gritty" as others and is really well blended into my morning coffee. I feel so much more clarity and the recovery from working out is quicker. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery and after only 2 weeks, I have noticed a slight increase in energy. Mixes well with my morning smoothie with no real taste, there is a little but nothing overpowering.

Great brain food

I love this product for brain support and muscle support after exercising, definitely needed as I am in my 60s! I also love that Chief products are made from the best, top quality products.
