Adjustable Crossbody Strap

This strap absolutely made the Moyen Messenger bag for me. It allows for very quick adjustment between a shoulder strap or crossbody, and the length can be adjusted much lower than the leather crossbody strap that comes with the bag. Customer service was one of the most outstanding experiences in recent memory, and this comes from someone who has extensive customer service experience. Great job, Clare V.; this was my first purchase, and I’m a huge fan.
