Flo - Medium Roast

Fantastic medium roast blend with interesting complexity. Helped me learn about pourover techniques for sweet/savory profiles. The beans also held up remarkably well over a couple months!

I felt,as I sipped on the coffee, that I was at my favorite restaurant for breakfast. My husband and I always wondered why cant we find a smooth blend like that. We found it. Now if only I can make my waffles like my favorite restaurant. Excellent cup of Java.
