With all the talk of plastic in our coffee machines, I switched to cowboy coffee free pour with a stainless-steel filter. Morning now is a delightful slow routine, full of wafting aroma and bold taste, that brings focus to the start of the day. Highly recommended.

Cowboy memories

I grew up in "The Cowboy State" of Wyoming where I encountered "Cowboy coffee", "Sheep Herder Coffee", etc.. Now that I'm brewing coffee with my Profitec Pro 500 PID espresso machine, I've tried several brands of coffee beans. The "Cowboy Blend" from Mystic Monk Coffee stands out as the one which triggers (haha - Roy Rogers horse) memories of my Wyoming days and the great coffee. Highly recommended for rich strong flavors.
