Works well and the massage feels good, but the best part only lasts about 10 seconds before the massager moves to a different position. There’s no way to pause or hold it in a specific spot, so when it finally hits the area that feels best, it moves on almost immediately. I really wish there were a way to keep the massage focused on one position.

Absolutely phenomenal!! I have the Chill Chair - which is insanely awesome - totally met my expectations. Great products , great customer service and follow up and even better company!!! They need to come out with a hand massage unit next to cap this off!!

The message options are great, my feet feel wonderful and the look of the ottoman is so cute. I absolutely love it
