Heat is mid - the compression time needs to be longer. I wish they added an app to adjust the timers. More heat needs to be added and a bluetooth version to change/adjust certain settings, heat, compression. would make this product awesome! Delivery was on time! High intensity only changes the vibration.

I ordered this for my husband and he absolutely loves it! His only negative comment was that he wished the heat was hotter but he’s a diabetic and had neuropathy so that could be why (other than that he’s a huge fan)!!
