Awesome and easy to use thermostat. Read the whole guide, not long at all and really gives you all the into you need to get started!! I was afraid it'd be hard to operate, but the parameters and settings are simple and working well so far! Love it. Even received an email from bean farm letting me know i can reach out to them if i need help, which was very very much appreciated; really surprised me with their customer service! Will definitely buy from here again for my next setup.

Why spend hundreds of dollars of your hard earned money on your dream reptile only to purchase an unreliable cheaper (INFERIOR) temperature controller? Herpstat 2 allows me to closely mimic Mother Nature when it comes to temperatures for my reptile enclosures. When lights come on Ramp Up feature allows for my heat panel and heat pads to gradually increase temperatures to my desired settings. Likewise, prior to lights out, Ramp Down (Nite Cycle allows you to set time when you want Nite cycle to begin) feature allows me to gradually drop temperatures. No additional add-ons required unlike some other temperature controllers where Night Cycle features are additional cost. Very reliable, owned my first Herpstat over 14 years ago……currently boxed up and set aside as back-up. Since then, I have used various Herpstat models(sold off as I upgrade). Currently using 4 Herpstat 2 for my reptiles.
