Gets top marks for: Lightweight, seems to be Tough Material (only time & use will tell), seems to be water-resistant. The reflective material did not make it warm for me, but Husband disagreed - so split there. We BOTH wish the side zipper opened a LOT more. 1 person has a hard time getting in. We both had to climb in from standing position, pull it all the way up (with help), zip up (with help), then try to lie down without falling over.
