I love soda stream.

The bottle subscrition came in on time as I expected, and I will send the collected empty bottles in this week. . I have soda water every day, and some times favor it.

The subscription was economically better and I can cancel or change dates when they arrive at any time during subscription. Very speedy mailing of product when I renewed items also

I didn’t order monthly shipments

I set up auto shipments of 4 canisters at a time based on the time it took to use 4 in a single delivery but now I have received a shipment again only one month after the start of autoship I set up. I tried to stop this second shipment but got no response, and the shipment arrived before I could follow up. Now I have 8 canisters to store until I finish using the first four. 😡 I said then and I mean it—I’ll stop using Sodastream forever if you don’t get this straightened out. I have many auto shipments and auto payments set up without ever having such a thing happen, so this is a reflection of your system and ease of use, no matter what the cause of this error turns out to be.
