Easy digestion, smooth energy, great flavor
I'm a fan of oat flavor, that's the flavor you're going to get with these. Very reminiscent of a rice crispy treat in oats form. No heartburn, easily digestible, and IMO great tasting. The energy was very smooth, not fast, hard, and then drops off like I have found a lot of gels do. The only downfall is they are messy (keep in the packaging while eating) and chewy. It didn't bother me at all because the pros FAR outweighed the cons. I use these on my longer runs. I eat half 60 minutes in and the other half 90 minutes in (30 after the first half). And they are perfect. I'm a huge fan of Maurten gels and will continue to use both. The caffeinated gels are my 'go-to' right before and towards the end of a race. Maurten products are expensive ... however, they are well worth it in my opinion. High quality. As for THE FEED, great service, perfect delivery, easy customer friendly ordering. I will continue to purchase my fuels and other items from them from now on!

Magic???
I’ve had a bar before both of my last 2 long runs (2 hrs plus) and I’ve felt really good. They go down easily, no rumbling or churning when I run, and no bonking - but I do continue to have chews and things as I go. Mild flavor that works great for me. Definitely worth the cost.

Tastes Great and Fuels Well
I have began to have one with my morning coffee before my sessions on the cycling trainer. First half with my coffee and snack on the other half through the first 30 minutes of my ride. It tastes like a breakfast treat. It’s light in my stomach, so no weird GI stuff. Keeps me going, on long z2 days as well as interval days. I can’t wait for the desert temps to drop so I can enjoy them outdoors.
