Easy to eat and taste fantastic
The Maurten solids are a great addition to your on bike nutrition. Super easy to eat and they split in half to spread out. I suffer from flavor fatigue after a few hours of the same liquid carbs and this gives me a phenomenal taste and consistency reset. No stomach issues at all and the carbs are easily absorbed! Great addition to my race nutrition!

Tasty and holds together in hot weather
Chews and Digests easily.
During a hard effort, the risk of aspiration less with this bar because it tends to dissolve a little quicker than most..e.g. Cliff Bar, and therefore the food bolus is not around as long.
This is a major reason I use this bar

My go to pre-run bar
My coach recommend I start eating one of these bars before my long runs & they have been a game changer for me. I eat half a bar before a long run & that gets me some early calories. No stomach issues & they taste great.
