Didn't really feel any change or saw any change after a month. Not sure how long it needs to be taken for it's noticeable.

I didn’t realize it was working until, I wasn’t reaching for more snacks! I wasn’t overeating, I’m not hungry all the time or craving sugar! Love this!

I’m not sure yet I’m finishing my first bottle and seeing if I see any differences thank you
