Can’t get it to dissolve
This is the first creatine I’ve ever tried. I do notice my recovery is better, my sleep has improved, brain fog is decreased and energy levels are better. However, I can’t get to dissolve. I’ve tried in warm, cold, and hot water, hit it with my frother, and let it sit for 30 min. I can’t get it to dissolve. I dry scoop it, which is unpleasant but works. Am I mixing it incorrectly? I do one scoop for 10-12, at least, oz of water. I will order again because I cla seeing positive results and the price is good.

Great for aging runner
I’ve been using this now for a few weeks. I find my tempo runs and lifts are more controlled and sustainable. For an aging runner like myself, this is super helpful to stay injury free and pushing my potential.

Great intro to creatine
My PT recommended trying a creatine supplement to help with muscle recovery. Was worried about adding another supplement to my routine, but this was affordable and easy enough to mix in with my post workout protein shake.
