This was amazing! In my mileage, with my single-cup espresso grinder, 41-43 clicks was the sweetspot for this blonde. Once you hit the right grind setting 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 chocolate, plum, berry, & floral 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐬 in the roast's description! It was also nice to incrementally listen through the pairing spotify playlist while making my morning coffee. So far the best cuppa I've ever gotten out of my espresso maker has come from Yes Plz; while it's an indulgence to have coffee shipped from LA, im not only glad to say it was worth it but additionally im looking forward to my next roast from them <3 ☕️
