Great piece of kit, inflating is easy with the pump bag once used to the technique, which is easy enough to master. Kept me warm on 7 degree Celsius night, paired it with my new Otimos UL700 blanket and was comfy all night.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a failure in my air mattress while on an eight day sea kayaking trip due to an adhesive bonding issue. The adhesive that attached the valve to the mattress did not completely bond and failed. I took pictures and sent them to customer service with an email explaining the problem. The person in customer service addressed the issue immediately, determined it was a warranty claim and sent me a new mattress. I received the new mattress within a few days. I am so pleased with the Amok product. I will recommend and continue to purchase and use Amok products. Amok is a fantastic company. The new mattress work just like it is supposed to. Thank you.

The best customer service

I have really used and enjoyed my Amok hammock for six years. Best sleep ever until my air mattress started going soft after a few hours. I couldn’t find a leak though very small bubbles were all over the gray side when held under water. They didn’t rise up just stayed on the surface. A very slow leak. When I contacted Amok I just wanted to ask if I could fix but they replaced it with a new one. Thank You.
