Helped my dog make a full recovery without surgery

I wish they made this device for humans. I’m amazed at how this device supported my dog’s shoulder recovery and got her back in better, more active shape than I ever imagined possible. She’s 9, and she’s now getting mistaken for a puppy because her activity level is so much higher than it has been. Thank you for this product!

Best service ever!

Animal ortho care's customer service is phenomenal! I thought I had received a defective device and they responded very quickly and were very helpful. They apologized profusely and were very empathetic about the situation. A new device was posted that same day! Afterwards it turned out that the device was not defective at all, but a mistake on my part. Omg, I was so embarrassed!! Customer service remained just as friendly and they still paid the return costs (from the Netherlands!). I can't say much about the device yet. Because of the return process I used a different pain therapy for the problem for which I initially purchased the device. I have not yet used the EMpower routinely, but I will certainly have the opportunity to do so in the future as we have a sanctuary for paralyzed cats. I like knowing that, because I have the EMpower at home, I have the opportunity to treat pain immediately and easy!

The device helped my dog feel less pain so it is effective! The only downside was that the unit slipped around a lot on the belt so I had to use super tape to keep it in place. Thanks for a great product!
