I was a bit disappointed the electrical components were in a single pack - I will buy a “nail storage bin cabinet” from Home Depot before I give the R4 kit as a gift. A 20 second review of the book suggests it is outstanding. I sent 2 questions to the customer service- and they were very responsive. The initial help request form needs a category for general questions that are not complaint oriented.
