A good balance

Bold, but not too bold. I’d say it’s between a medium and a dark roast… so a good balance for people who like their coffee strong, but not over the top.

A solid roast!

I am enjoying the Pacific Spirit (aka Continental). I will grind the beans for our drip coffee maker or coarser for my French Press. The latter is my favourite way!
