Ruby – Costa Rica Blend

Lovely drip! Like others have mentioned it does remind me of Heritage a touch, but elevated. A little less of the milky goodness substituted with more caramel notes. An easy drinking cup, highly recommended.

This Tico blend is a little too bold and syrupy, and takes away from what makes Costa Rican highlands blends so tasty. It was a bit disappointing and tried making it in a Biletti as well as in the Braun. It's just a step below the Heritage

I have been a long time fan of Heritage but Ruby might have slightly edged ahead. Ruby is flavourful and rich and my exact favourite flavour profile for coffee. Definitely worth the try.
