I first tried this coffee at a coffee shop in Greensboro and when I moved to Raleigh I knew I needed to have these beans. I love this coffee and will definitely be buying again!!

High quality, even roast, light-medium.
Sweat, but not acidic. Chocolate notes.
Note that it's sensitive to overheating and over extraction, unlike some light roasted beans this one can get bitter.
