Vitamin B Complex

I certainly don’t feel worse since I started taking these tablets but I don’t feel noticeably better. I’m Vegan so I’ll continue to take them nonetheless. Subscription is difficult to tweak but biggest bugbear is the plastic tub they come in. I know that these kind of capsules can travel safely through the post in biodegradable packaging. Would like to think that’s being worked on here

Since taking the B12 after recommended as the best on the market via a health review I thought I would try them. I feel so much better so a thumbs up from me

I have to say I don't notice any difference at this moment in time. I don't believe I've been taking them long enough to yet. I've only been taking them for a month. I will take them a bit longer to give them a chance to get into my system.
