First E-bike. Waited a long time to get one and glad I Did. I bought a scout for my self and a cruiser for my son. We both love the bike and are amazed at what it can do. We both have been stopped several times asking about the bikes while camping. Alway say I belive this is the best bike on the market, and i make sure to tell them the website to check them out. Also the customer service is top notch my wife and I called 4 time during purchase and shipping and every time a person answered with in 3 or 4 rings. Thanks wired for your bikes and your caring staff.

Fantastic e-bike at a fantastic price! I personally use my Scout to commute 30 mi round trip at speeds averaging around "oh my goodness this is better than a car"! Excellent experience, super build, everything you want.

First off - the size of the bike is not realized until it's fully assembled. It has a WOW factor when parked and charging. Beautiful build. In a straight line the bike delivers responsive performance that's all the fun and excitement you've read and seen on YouTube - but only is a straightline. The bike is just too heavy for any cornering or leaning. The cockpit if comfortable controls and display is very user friendly. I ride the bike 28-30 miles to and from work 2-3 days a week. The bike running 30-40mph uses approximately 40% of the battery in 15mi. To avoid range anxiety i charge the battery at work and have 100% for my commute home. So far it's a stable, fast, reliable 2nd commuter. The throttle is starting to cut out when starting from a stop and I have to pedal pedal to activate the motor then the throttle will respond. Also the brakes are not strong enough. Stopping is tricky from 30/40mph. Its takes a lot of modulation by hand at the brake levers to get the bike to stop quickly. The bikes weight with the rider weight causes the brakes to struggle to slow/stop all that momentum. A car pulled out of a underground parking and was in front of me in seconds it was really difficult to slow/stop the bike with brake setup the bike has from factory. I've considered changing the breaks but I'm concerned it will void the warranty. In 5'9" 225lb and healthy. I struggle to move the bike for parking. Stopping on uneven ground. Turning the bike in tight spaces. Im invested in commuting to work by ebike so I'll continue to make adjustments as needed til I'm dialed in. Probably a quick brake adjustment will sort out the stopping distance. One of my biggest concerns is air pressure for the front fork. No instructions on how to adjust/add air and nothing online for tutorials. Also standard size panniers do not fit on the rear bike rack. I have several name brands and none fit.. Maybe an adapter bar or Wired brand panniers for the commuter. Overall I m am more than satisfied with bike. I'll continue commuting thru summer and fall. Also - with the off season should the bike be charged when stored or allow the cells to slowly drain to 0%. Waiting for replies for the questions I have thanks again.
