Great Vibes and Great Customer Service!
I’ve been loving my Floura Mini so much already. It has such a cute, calming vibe and fits perfectly into my space. I use it every day and it’s genuinely become something I look forward to.
I also really appreciated how kind and helpful the customer support team was when I had an issue with my replacement order. They were super responsive and made sure everything got figured out for me. Overall just a really positive experience, and I’m so happy I decided to get one!

Product is great. The app and connecting wifi was horrible. Customer support hasn’t responsed to my email that i sent a week ago.
