I began using the Daily Shake as part of my postpartum recovery and I can’t complain. I never got into protein drinks or supplements with my exercise and fitness routines prior so I had considerable reservations for how this would benefit me but I do feel that it has been relevant in my recovery. I prefer the chocolate over the vanilla and mixed with coconut water it is a delicious mid day treat.
