Its fantastic!

Taste results are markedly cleaner. Need to develop a routine that enhances the flavor without being overly cumbersome. An improvement would be a larger reservoir that automatically dispenses the correct amount of water based on the cups required. Many other types of coffee machines have a large reservoir and bean container. The user inputs the cups desired and the machine correctly grinds the corresponding beans and adds the water. If the Chemex could just automatically add the correct water from a large reservoir based on the inputted cup requirement we’d have a giant step improvement. Input of grounds is still better created separately so grind an amount would be controlled by a separate device.

Love … just wish water tank was glass as well.
